This includes hardware repair and refurbishment, replacing broken glass, paint and glaze touch up and replacing sash cords. I use salvaged glass and hardware whenever possible.

This option is good if the interior of your windows are in good condition but the exterior is weatherbeaten with flaking paint and failed glaze. I remove the sashes and bring them to my shop for a partial restoration.

An intricate process that can take many hours per window and weeks to complete. It is the longest lasting treatment and vastly improves the appearance and condition of the window. Even with the labor and materials involved, it is sometimes still less expensive than window replacement!
